What
The men’s mat class format is a bit different from the original order that Joseph Pilates taught. I add a lot more stretching and wall exercises that anyone can practice at home. Expect to do many more arm exercises that involve push-ups with weights, Standing Arm exercises and even handstands at the wall (when you feel ready :-). Though every class is different, the main focus is to develop a deeper connection to your abdomen and spinal muscles.
Why
Joseph Pilates stated that out of all of his apparatus exercises, the mat exercises were the most difficult. When the body learns to control itself through practicing the individual exercises and eventually, a full mat routine, the desired affects will develop a greater sense of confidence and self awareness.

Tuesdays 9 am – 10 am PST (Pacific Standard Time)
It's a full hour non-stop class. So please be there in time.
