What

The monthly apparatus class focuses on one piece of equipment at a time. The most popular pieces are the Reformer, Wunda chair, Cadillac and Barrels and each class is unique. By fostering a deeper connection to what’s possible with Contrology, you will learn how to get more out of each class. Similar to a workshop, we practice the exercises but also experiment and explore. Though you’ll learn what was imparted by First Generation teacher, Romana K., I always include many of my own variations. This class is best suited for those practicing the classical apparatus order and has access to equipment. Don’t have access to apparatus? That’s okay, you can still observe. You can learn a lot by just observing. Same class cost.

The last 15 minutes are for Q&A.
