Why
Over the years, my students would ask, “Who is Wanda?” Yep, it sure does sound like a woman’s name, but I’d like to think that name came from the German word for wonderful, “Wunderbar”…and it really is a wonderful chair isn’t it? Whether you have a chair at home or have studio access, this class is for anyone interested in developing strength, balance and control and is open to everyone.
What
This Wunda Chair class is a one-hour, non-stop experience plus a 15 minutes FAQs and indepths explanations/repetitions. It utilizes the different planes of movements whether lying, kneeling, sitting or standing on the chair. The classical chair design is preferred, but everyone’s Chair is acceptable. Though it's not a beginner's class it can be adjusted to suit everybody's level.
