Not only do I impart the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates, I equally incorporate the other two, often over-shadowed elements of his work: the mind and the spirit. Although it may seem like the world is spinning out of control leaving many feeling disconnected, the Pilates method brings a sense of wholeness as it inspires complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.
